Kid Trunks can evolve in two ways:
- Trunks → SSJ Trunks (16) → SSJ Gotenks (fusion w/ SSJ Goten) → Gotenks 3 (38) → Buutenks (fusion w/ Super Buu)
- Trunks → Gotenks (fusion w/ Goten) → SSJ Gotenks (23) → Gotenks 3 (38) → Buutenks (fusion w/ Super Buu)
- Trunks → Future Trunks (using Time Machine) → SSJ Future Trunks (16) → Rage Trunks (50)
Before V8, Future Trunks was a different fighter who evolved separately as shown above (Rage Trunks added in V5).
