The level beyond Super Saiyan Blue. This form is exclusive to Vegeta.

Evolutions

SSBE Vegeta does not evolve any further. There are two ways to unlock this fighter:

Vegeta → SSJ Vegeta → Majin Vegeta → SSG Vegeta (via God Stone) → SSB Vegeta → SSBE Vegeta
If Vegeta was your starter: catch an SSG Vegeta (Lvl 50) and evolve it to SSB Vegeta then SSBE Vegeta.

Moves Learned

SSBE Vegeta's moveset is identical to SSB Vegeta's.

Moves Vegeta only learns in SSB/SSBE form:

Final Cannon (55)
Full Power (60)

God Vegeta doesn't have too impressive of a final moveset, but the best moveset can be obtained via the following:

Learn Energy Punch (45) with Majin Vegeta and evolve it with a God Stone before Lvl 50.
Learn God Fist (50) with SSG Vegeta and evolve it to SSB Vegeta at Lvl 55.
Learn Final Cannon (55) with SSB Vegeta.
The last move can be Final Flash or Big Bang.
- If you catch SSG Vegeta (Lvl 50) in the wild, he'll already have Big Bang.
